Current: Weight lifting (Jamie Easons live fit) & HIIT! (30 minutes of high intensity interval training.
All whole natural foods! Fish, fruits, veggies, nuts, and whole grains. Limit processed foods.
Eat every 2-3 hours.
Limit calorie intake to 1200 -1300 calories. Although, I no longer limit my calories.
